Newell S. Estess III DC, FDM

Dr. Estess graduated Cum Laude with his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Parker University, building on a Kinesiology degree from Austin College. He specializes in neck and back care, and his approach is simple: treat every patient as an individual, not a diagnosis.

While he’s worked with Olympic and elite athletes, Dr. E is most passionate about the everyday person who just wants to stay active and pain-free. He brings a wide toolkit to every appointment — Diversified, Thompson Drop, and Activator adjusting techniques, multiple forms of myofascial release, and certifications in FDM – Upper Region, RockBlade IASTM, and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) Course A. His rehab knowledge covers the spine, shoulder, and hip.

Outside the clinic, Dr. E is a Spanish speaker who competes in CrossFit, Hyrox, and running races from 5Ks to marathons. He and his wife Camila spend their time chasing their two kids around, discovering new restaurants, and traveling whenever life allows.

Maria Rosas DC, FDM

“I became a chiropractor because I realized that my passion for helping people extended far above just treating a disease, but in providing an opportunity for a better quality of life.”

Dr. Maria Rosas earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Parker University and specializes in spinal treatment and wellness care. Her commitment to her patients goes beyond the adjustment table — she takes a whole-person approach that integrates chiropractic care, nutrition, and functional medicine.

During graduate school, Dr. Rosas completed her internship with the Colombian Olympic team at the 2012 London Olympics, gaining experience treating athletes from junior to professional levels. She has since pursued extensive continuing education, including training in Functional Medicine, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) Course A, the Webster Technique, and certification through Gait Happens. She is also currently completing her degree in Chiropractic Neurology through the Carrick Institute. Dr. Rosas is board certified with the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and is a member of the American Chiropractic Association.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Rosas is passionate about healthy, delicious food and leads an active lifestyle that includes running, swimming, and weight training. She loves spending time outdoors and with her family.

Sandra

CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT

Hi, I’m Sandra! I was born in Mexico and moved to Texas when I was 14. I love staying active through running and working out, but most of my free time is spent keeping up with my two amazing kids and their busy sports schedules. When I’m not at the clinic helping our patients, you’ll usually find me on the sidelines of a soccer field cheering my kids on, camera in hand capturing all the action. As a photographer, I love preserving special moments, and as a mom, I’m always making memories along the way. Life keeps me busy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way!

Valentina
